Item Not As Described
If the item you receive is materially different from the listing — wrong card, misrepresented condition, or counterfeit — you are fully covered for a refund.
Item Not Received
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe and tracking shows no movement, you can claim a full refund.
Authentic Cards Guarantee
We have zero tolerance for counterfeit listings. Suspected fakes are removed immediately and sellers are permanently banned.
Dispute Resolution
Our dedicated team mediates disputes between buyers and sellers, reviewing evidence from both parties to reach a fair outcome.
21-Day Protection Window
You have 21 days from purchase to raise an issue if an item hasn't arrived, or 5 days from delivery to report item condition issues.
How Buyer Protection Works
Every transaction on TCG Market is automatically covered by Buyer Protection at no extra cost to you. Here is what that means in practice:
- ›Payment is held securely by TCG Market until the transaction is successfully completed
- ›Funds are only released to the seller after the order is marked received or after the dispute window closes
- ›If a dispute is raised, funds are frozen until our team reaches a decision
- ›Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
What Isn't Covered
Buyer Protection does not cover:
- ›Change-of-mind returns — please be sure before you buy
- ›Items where the buyer provided incorrect shipping details
- ›Disputes raised outside the eligible time window
- ›Transactions conducted outside of TCG Market

How to Raise a Dispute
Go to your Orders page, open the relevant order, and click "Open Dispute." Provide as much detail as possible — photos, tracking information, and any relevant messages will strengthen your case.
Our team aims to resolve all disputes within 2–5 business days.
